Really appreciate the thorough review before treatment, wealth of experience was comforting also from long standing nurse care, and all round lovely service. I've had the treatment before at other places, twice, and previously the method was different but worked OK (botox for bruxism). Hidden Lines experience was different again, but felt like it worked much quicker, supported by the treatment itself - first time I actually felt the needle in my jaw, clearly a good thing! Will need this treatment on an ongoing basis and will be visiting Hidden Lines from now on, very pleased, and also booked in for anti-ageing boosters, making my way down the menu list.

I had a wonderful experience today at my Botox appointment. Suzanne put me at ease, listened to me and talked over the procedure thoroughly. She told me what to expect and the time line, aftercare etc. It was completely pain free which I hadn't anticipated 😂 and I left feeling really happy. Her clinic is super clean and her attitude is warm but extremely professional. I will definitely be going back to Hidden Lines and can't recommend highly enough.
I have had multiple treatments by Suzanne at her Hidden Lines clinic in Dalkeith. She is very professional and always ensures comfort throughout your treatment. Her background knowledge is exceptional and she explains honestly all aspects of your treatment, helping to put you at ease and knowing fully what to expect. You know you are in good, safe hands with her. My needle phobic partner even happily hopped on the treatment bed after tagging along to one of my appointments!
Suzanne is very friendly and knows her stuff. I had never had Botox before and was a tad nervous. I didn't need to be, Suzanne made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and explained all the relevant aftercare. The results are amazing. I feel more confident and comfortable when seeing my reflection now. Would recommend Hidden Lines 100%.

In the process of getting my warts removed by Susanne and I couldn’t recommend her any more highly! You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, she never judged how long it took for me to do something about them either. She’s thorough in getting medical history, explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards.
